Over the past year, I have deposited over $70,000, with losses ranging from $3,000 to $8,000, including $4,000–$5,000 last week alone. However, my VIP host was removed because I did not meet the $50,000 wagering requirement, which seems to prioritize wagering over deposits. I find this policy unfair, as my substantial deposits and consistent losses have not been acknowledged.
I have been a loyal customer for four years, during which I was assured that my VIP host status would not be revoked. Other casinos would likely value my level of deposits with better treatment, such as modest bonuses of $100–$200, which I would likely wager anyway. However, I have received no bonuses or benefits for months, leaving me feeling undervalued and mistreated.
I kindly request that you review my account activity, particularly my deposits over the past 1–3 years, and reconsider reinstating my VIP host. I believe my loyalty and financial contributions warrant fairer treatment, such as occasional bonuses to reflect my engagement.
